Are you wondering about Foreclosures and all the meanings? Here is some helpful information; curtesy of "all foreclosure."
Foreclosures - Bank Owned
This page has many different free sources for foreclosed homes by Banks, Asset Managers and Government agencies. Most of the property will eventually be listed with a Realtor for sale on the Multiple Listing Service, some providers have properties that have not yet been listed.
Pre-Foreclosure Listings
Mostly subscription services who charge for the pre-foreclosures data they provide. There isn't a rating system, the page was designed to allow people to find default data services in their area.
Free Pre-Foreclosure Listings
Sources included here are free, some are newspapers providing legal notices, some are trustees providing free online access to their lists
Agent Listed REO
Properties that have already been listed by an agent. The selection process for these links is based on what percentage of the agent's online listings are REO. If they are all foreclosures, or mostly foreclosures, they will be added.
